Base class for debug information provider.

Remarks
This is the base class for debug information providers. Debug information provider is a class which can load and parse debug information in one specific format. Debug info provider can be registered in EDebugInfo unit.
Child classes must override at least InitializeSource and GetLocationInfo methods. Most providers will also override Heuristic method.
