Stops background freeze detection thread.

Remarks
This function will stop running background freeze detection thread launched by InitCheckFreeze. This function will do nothing if no such thread is running.
Use this function to completely stop freeze detection.
Important!

This function should be called from main thread.

Tip
|
Use PauseFreezeCheck to temporarily turn off freeze detection - without full stop/re-initialization.
