Return value
If the current process is instrumented or virtualized (for example, running by AQTime), the return value is True.
If the current process is running as usual, the return value is False.
Remarks
This is informational routine.
Warning

EurekaLog may not operate with full features when application is instrumented. That is because code instrumentation introduces dynamically generated code, as well as changes callers of the code - which makes various things impossible to hook.
