Return value
Name of .exe file or empty string if it's not available.
Sample output: 'Embarcadero RAD Studio for Windows'
Remarks
This function extracts description of .exe file from version information. If such information is present - function returns "File description" field. Otherwise empty string is returned.
This function is simple combination GetModuleDescriptionAndVersion(PrimaryInstance)
