AName [in]
Name of variable without %.
Return value
Variable value or empty string if variable wasn't defined.
Remarks
This is default implementation for variable name convertor for ExpandEnvVars function.
This default implementation supports all standard system and user environment variables and also adds the following additional EurekaLog pseudo-variables:

This routine is often replaced in EurekaLog classes to supply extra variables. For example, exception informational class adds support for %_ExceptMsg% variable.
