Textual representation of bug report.
Remarks
This is abstract method which generates actual bug report from exception information. Exception information can be obtained via TBaseLogBuilder.ExceptionInfo property. TBaseLogBuilder also has some other useful properties for bug report generation.
Any non-abstract sub-class of TBaseLogBuilder class should implement this method.

Usually this method is called only once per class instance. TBaseLogBuilder uses caching of bug report for performance reasons. See also: TBaseLogBuilder.Refresh
