True if you can safely cast .ExceptionObject property to Exception class, False otherwise.
This property indicates if exception object from .ExceptionObject is compatible with RTL in current executable module. It is typically True, but may be False when exception comes from another module (DLL) compiled with different IDE version. For example, a Delphi 2007 exception being catched in Delphi XE - ExceptionNative would be False.
