Returns singleton instance for TExceptionManager class.

Instance of exception manager.

 

Remarks

This is global access method for exception manager. Use it to invoke routines of exception manager. Do not create instances of TExceptionManager class.

 

Exception manager instance is created and deleted automatically. You don't need to manually control life-time of this object.

This method is the same as ExceptionManager function.
