Parameters
FileName
File name in the archive
Path
Path to extract to disk
CreateSubdirs
The output should create sub directories specified in the ZIP file
Remarks
FileName specifies a file in the ZIP file. All slashes in ZIP file names should be '/'. The overload that takes an Integer may be useful when a ZIP file has duplicate filenames.
